This is my first time flying Aegean Air and I had a great first time experience. I will fly this airline again.

There was not any food and I didn't use the entertainment

More leg room, great if crew could move people before flight (ie if 3 in a row, offer to move 1 or 2 to an empty 3 seat row rather than let people move themselves after takeoff

Flight was late, boarding totally chaotic, seat uncomfortable, food good, attendants and pilots good.

Priority transfer bag left behind in Amsterdam causing extreme difficulty and inconvenience on arrival destination Athens

On top of the two hours delay in the airport, we needed to go by the bus to the terminal in Athens, Aegean is the aviation of Greece and they whole flight is 50 minutes.

Very delayed. Plus lack of entertainment on board. Crew members were very nice

Crew was excellent. Food was ok for a short flight. Plane was a regular airliner without any entertainment. Crew members were delightful. Pilot took off and landed without ever feeling that it had touched down. Very professional pilot and staff

The food sandwich was OKAY for such a short flight. Crew were very caring. They helped my wife who has walking issues. They carried her bag and held her arm to help prevent tripping. All in all it was a professional effort on the part of all crew members. I highly recommend this crew of Aegean Airlines.

Remind me not to fly (eat) at passover with Israeli cartiers. Came out of the aircraft with an incredible neck pain. Crew and entertainment were good.

Great entertainment system. The crew was somewhat helpful, but ignored the calls completely. Also all the isle seats were taken by the time of check-in and we had to squeeze a family of 5 on middle seats in 3 rows - awfully inconvenient to fetch nappies, take kids to the toilet or fetch water. Seat spacing was ok and the missile defence system of ElAl planes is unmatched.

Window seats on the 737 are tight and narrow. Staff was good.

Delayed as always, very dirty and old airplane. Not very friendly staff. Just a sandwich for a 5 hours very expensive flight.

The crew was great, the seats were comfortable, food was a sandwich , but very tasty and the ElAl new on board through WIFI was good. Thank you EL AL for improving

I paid $1050 for this flight. I paid an additional $99 for a "comfort" seat that was nothing by comfort. The "extra leg room" was fake, made up by making the seat slightly recline at the most upright position. That alone, killed my back! In addition, it was so narrow, fitting a Barbie not an average size human (me). I asked for white wine, when beverage were offered, they had only red which I cannot tolerate, so I had to skip, even though I really needed some wine to relax. Cheap! Again, for the price I paid, I should have had a selection of white wines, even in economy. The food, supposedly by Shai Granot- made me want to avoid Granot's restaurants. The beef meatballs were nice and tender. the rice w hairline noodles were so soggy and soft it was disgusting. The so called bread was half dry when reached my tray. I love eggplant, but the mayo killed it. From the country of Tahini & olive oil you offer mayo w eggplant? As I said, I am likely to avoid Granot's restaurants. The exterteinamnet was full with old boring movies, limited and old TV shows and free intrenet only for texting? Again, for a premium price seat and for addition $99 I should have had a fukll internet access. Likely the last time I travel ELAL.

The crew, the flight boarding perfect. It was a nn EL AL plane, but it was OK but inside it was a zoo.

Seats comfortable on economy plus and attendants very helpful. Food was ok. Bathrooms needed servicing.

Iberia subcontracted the flight out to Level (?). I would never fly Iberia/Level ever again. Old planes with no tv’s or wifi. Barely edible food. Small seats. 10/10 don’t recommend.

Thankful for 2-4-2 economy seating. Food was ok. Free beer & wine in economy was nice. Served hot dinner, mud- flight snack and pre-arrival ham sandwich. Seat with pillow & blanket. Reasonable movie options. Overall, a good experience. IBERIA APP is terrible terrible terrible.... needs to get upgraded to equivalent of TAP Airlines App. No option to bid or request an upgrade. Very disappointing.

My luggage never arrived in Miami; still waiting a day later.

Appalling! The flight was delayed by 3.5 hours and the American Airlines staff at the airport where nit very helpful. Once boarded, the flight crew were unhelpful, the food was poor and the aircraft was tatty.

I can’t comment on food as it was necessary to buy it. No entertainment.

Seating was very tight and not comfortable. Would rather pay extra to get more leg room. Overall, the flight was not as nice as expected. It’s comparable to flying Spirit Airlines or Frontier airlines in America. Even as a budget airlines, Iberia should at least serve water or light snacks, especially for international legs, no matter how short the flights are. We were flying from London, Heathrow to Madrid Spain on a 2-hour flight without offering water, unless you want to pay for the water.

How to get an aisle seat without paying extra? The young lady next to me was assigned the seat.

The food was good but basically thrown at you with a don’t bother me attitude. The plane itself was quite dirty.

Great airline, new, comfortable and quiet planes. Plenty of leg room and state of the art entertainment system. The big downside is the connection in Lisbon. The airport is small and a bus is needed from the plane to the terminal. Is a mess, takes a lot of time, nobody gives an explanation, boarding zones are not honored, etc.

I thought Miami's airport was very disorganized during the Boarding.

Very efficient boarding - other airlines could learn from them. Friendly, efficient crew. Red eye flight, so dinner meal was irrelevant. Breakfast could have been more substantial. Seats reasonably comfy.

People seated in exit rows should have designated overhead space

I have been flying internationally for most of like. My first trip with TAP- wonderful! I look forward to flying with them more frequently in the future!

Larger seats on this plane made the ride reasonably comfortable. Our next flight, from Lisbon to Copenhagen, was inconsiderately tight and stressful. The seats were smaller, space between rows was very limited (no button or mechanism to even slightly incline anyone’s seat), and leg-cramping under the seat in front. Just like sardines in a can. Really felt for all the tall Danes on the flight. Their knees were pressed against the seat in front throughout the flight.

Flight was 2+ hrs late boarding. Delay updates were nonexistent. Boarding Gate change was by word of mouth.

The plane was modern and clean. TAP staff at the airport as well as the flight crew were professional, friendly, and helpful. Overall, a great experience.

The airline made last minute changes to our business class seats splitting our family of 4 with young children who had pre-booked a row of 4 seats. The seat was also dirty and sticky. Our pre-ordered child meals were also not available. :(

Awful experience all around, misleading booking led to disgraceful baggage charge at gate. Tiny uncomfortable seats with little drinks served in small paper cups filled halfway. Difficult to use bathrooms the whole flight and now on the way back we’re stuck in Lisbon a day later because of a diversion on our connecting flight, I will never fly this airline again.

Awful Terrible staff poor communication Flight delayed for an hour with no apology or explanation and no help re missing connecting flight. Resulted in a 7 hour layover at Munich waiting for another connecting flight. Only 15 euros refreshment voucher given. Will not fly Lufthansa again

The boarding was a mess; I'm unclear why they can't organize it by boarding number.

Check-in very easy and smooth. Plane and crew were nice. Seat open next to me created more space. Food was fair but plentiful. Lots of movies and I was able to sleep some on the way to Munich. Very tight connection, about an hour. Fast through passport control and a bit of a walk to last G terminal gate but I made my connection to Palma. Unfortunately, my luggage did not make it. It is now almost 24 hours since I anded and still NO luggage. I know it landed last night on another flight. Local delivery should be today to my hotel in Palma but nothing yet. I asked about the tight connection when I checked in and was assured they would get my luggage to the connecting flight. Very disappointing it missed my flight but more disappointing that it has taken so long to arrive. Failure on the airlines and service to get my luggage to date.

Prompt boarding, safe landing and they didn't lose our luggage. No entertainment and no USB plugs to charge phones. No food, though I might have been asleep.

I really like it and travel to Europe and back with Lufthansa, but it is getting expensive, a bit beyond my me

I always like to travel with Discover Airlines because of their extraordinary services, comfort, and feel safe.

My checked in bag was lost after being mis-tagged.

Absolutely horrific. Not only did the plane not board until AFTER it was supposed to have arrived in Luxembourg, but at the VERY last minute they announced that they would have to bump 10 people from the flight. Of course our family of 4 (trying to make it to Luxembourg to see my children’s 86 yo grandmother for Christmas) was bumped. There were 4 staff members, only one of which was even remotely trying to answer questions or get people on another flight. The reason they bumped us was bc a crew member was sick so instead of 110 passengers they could only take 100. This seemed ridiculous for a 30 minute flight where nothing is served anyway(!!?) They told us they could only book us on a Lufthansa flight at 1pm, but that there were no seats guaranteed. They also told us we would get a €250/person voucher for our troubles. They then gave us a link to a website to get those vouchers. When we got to the gate, the Lufthansa crew said that the flight was already overbooked and it was very unlikely that we would get on board. When asked if we could get our luggage and rent a car instead, they said it would take at least 2-3 hours to get our luggage. When we finally were allowed on the flight at the very last minute, we arrived in Luxembourg and none of our luggage (5 bags) with all of our Christmas presents and clothes/toiletries for the week made it to Luxembourg. Oh, and the link to get the vouchers doesn’t work….I think Air Dolomiti has a lot to answer for. I will be sure to avoid them at all cost in the future. I would recommend that companies like Kayak should use more professional air lines.

Ground staff in New Delhi was very bad. They kept insisting on extra payment for hand baggage and nearly made me miss my flight. Hostile people.
